OUR METHODOLOGY FOR:
Best Workplaces for Wellbeing鈩� 2025
Globally, our Best Workplace鈩� survey is the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices. The methodology that creates our various Best Workplaces鈩� rankings is one of the most rigorous and highly sought after 鈥� and regarded as the 鈥榞old standard鈥� of employer awards.
Our UK鈥檚 Best Workplaces鈩� for Wellbeing rankings comprises organisations who have succeeded in making their employees experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. To determine our UK's Best Workplaces鈩� for Wellbeing list, our 杏吧庐 culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including: Work-life balance, Sense of fulfilment, Job satisfaction, and Financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
To be considered for the 2025 UK鈥檚 Best Workplaces鈩� for Wellbeing List, clients must have:

Achieved Great Place To Work 杏吧

A minimum of 10 employees

Achieved at least 65% in the Wellbeing Index

High enough survey responses to be statistically significant and representative

A subscription to an advanced surveying package: Analyse, Accelerate, OMA or multinational client.
Once the conditions for eligibility have been achieved, we determine the list based on the overall Wellbeing Index score which includes a specific set of statements that are part of the core Trust Index survey. We also look at the consistency of employees鈥� experiences across the demographic groups.
