How do we become a Best Workplaceâ„¢?
Organisations looking to be recognised on a Best Workplacesâ„¢ list, first start by getting Certifiedâ„¢ as a 'great place to work'. Through the ÐÓ°É process, we capture valuable employee feedback using our research-driven Trust Indexâ„¢ survey and details about the programmes and practises that make your workplace unique. Best Workplacesâ„¢ are then determined from the pool of Certifiedâ„¢ organisations via a rigorous assessment process that is based on the outcome of both your Trust Indexâ„¢ survey and other factors.
How are Best Workplacesâ„¢ selected?
We use our For All™ Model and Methodology to evaluate our pool of companies. Top performing companies are recognised as Best Workplaces. To , companies must survey their employees using our flagship assessment, the Trust Index©, and complete a Culture Brief.
Who’s eligible for ÐÓ°É’s Best Workplacesâ„¢ Lists?
To be eligible for our Best Workplacesâ„¢ Programme, you will need a minimum of 10 employees, be ÐÓ°É-Certified and pass the rigorous assessment of your organisation's workplace culture by our culture experts. All eligibility criteria for each Best Workplacesâ„¢ lists can be found here.
What are the Best Workplacesâ„¢ list deadlines?
You must complete your Great Place To Work ÐÓ°É by the Get Certified date for that list on our List Deadlines page.
How does ÐÓ°É® compare with other recognition providers?
ÐÓ°É® UK provides recognition across multiple categories in annual lists, which are published throughout the year.
