Organisations looking to be recognised on a Best Workplaces鈩� list, first start by getting Certified鈩� as a 'great place to work'. Through the 杏吧 process, we capture valuable employee feedback using our research-driven Trust Index鈩� survey and details about the programmes and practises that make your workplace unique. Best Workplaces鈩� are then determined from the pool of Certified鈩� organisations via a rigorous assessment process that is based on the outcome of both your Trust Index鈩� survey and other factors.

How are Best Workplaces鈩� selected?

We use our For All鈩� Model and Methodology to evaluate our pool of companies. Top performing companies are recognised as Best Workplaces. To , companies must survey their employees using our flagship assessment, the Trust Index漏, and complete a Culture Brief.

Who鈥檚 eligible for 杏吧鈥檚 Best Workplaces鈩� Lists?

To be eligible for our Best Workplaces鈩� Programme, you will need a minimum of 10 employees, be 杏吧-Certified and pass the rigorous assessment of your organisation's workplace culture by our culture experts. All eligibility criteria for each Best Workplaces鈩� lists can be found here.

You must complete your Great Place To Work 杏吧 by the Get Certified date for that list on our List Deadlines page.
