The technician was very competent, nice, put on booties, etc. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. The only constructive criticism is that the company set up a 12:00-5:00 window, and then he came just after 6:30pm.

I had an emergency. Very cold outside and furnace was not working. Kyle came and corrected the problem and showed me things to do and monitor. I was so appreciative. I joined the maintenance club because he earned my trust. I was able to get a tech to my home the same day. First place I called wanted me to wait 2 days.

Technician was great but they didn’t fix the issue. Now it’s 9 at night the following evening, no heat with a 6 month old and a 2 year old and I am told they won’t send out a tech without charging me another $180 even though I was told if the issue wasn’t fixed they’d send someone back out to look at it for free. Beyond disappointed right now.
